Pay
$55,000 - $70,000 / year
Most hires land between $60,000 and $65,000. The top of the band is for someone who has owned vendor relationships and a books process, not just an inbox. This role was previously posted as Operations Coordinator; the title changed, the job and the pay did not.
Keep the business humming. Vendors, shipping, finance ops, office, the in-between work that makes everything else possible.
Where you work
On-site at our Dallas, TX location. This role is not remote.
What you will do
- Manage vendor relationships and POs
- Own shipping logistics for the print and apparel side
- Support finance ops (invoices, bills, reconciliations in QBO)
- Run the Dallas facility day-to-day
- Write the SOPs nobody has written yet
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in ops, admin, or office management
- Comfortable in QBO, Google Workspace, and a CRM
- Process-minded, calm under chaos
- Bias to action
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
